We are currently seeking experienced Machine Operators to join a growing production site in Kwinana. This is a great opportunity to secure stable work with excellent hourly rates and genuine opportunities for long-term progression as the site continues to expand.

Available Shifts

  • 1x AM Shift: 6:30am – 2:30pm

  • 1x PM Shift: 2:00pm – 12:00am

Pay Rates

  • AM Shift: $35.00 per hour

  • PM Shift: $40.25 per hour

About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for operating and monitoring a granulation plant to manufacture fertiliser products while maintaining quality, safety, and production targets.

Key duties include:

  • Operating, monitoring, starting up and shutting down granulation plant and associated equipment

  • Monitoring product quality (size, moisture, consistency) and making routine process adjustments

  • Completing routine manual handling tasks, including materials handling, cleaning, and general production duties

  • Conducting basic equipment inspections, minor repairs, adjustments, and equipment changeovers

  • Supporting maintenance activities during shutdowns, breakdowns, and planned maintenance

  • Assisting with maintenance tasks involving EWP and confined space entry, in line with site permits

  • Accurately completing production records, logs, and batch documentation

Skills & Experience

  • Current Forklift Licence – essential

  • Background in fertiliser, chemical, agricultural, or bulk materials manufacturing (desirable)

  • EWP licence and confined space training (desirable but not essential)

  • A strong commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork
